M3 for us was a very important training course. It was lovely attending it as it helped us to build the capacity of the NGO in the field of management of people and processes; visibility of our activities to potential target groups and partners (both online and offline). We learned new marketing strategies as well. It was great to learn how to find additional financial resources – by fundraising techniques, how to master our management of budgeting. The project helped us to know how to manage better the organisation better.
